The return authorization number and a copy of the receipt must accompany what what is to be returned. Returned goods will not be accepted without a return authorization number. There are no returns or cancellations on customized products. No returns or exchanges after 15 days. The return authorization number, a list of goods returned & the message “Canadian Goods Being Returned” must be clearly written on the outside of the box or returned goods will not be accepted. Errors must be reported within ten days of receipt of order. Returns must be shipped via Canada Post or US Mail. Returns shipped via UPS will not be accepted.
