I. Activities Packages (Each child receives):
Please choose your preferred one from the two available activity packages below. All children attending the birthday party will participate in the same selected activity package.
For meals, there are four different options available, and each child may choose their preferred meal individually.

II. Time slots
Birthdays are booked into pre-determined time slots. Usually, a party will take 1 hour 45 minutes.
Birthday party time slots are as follows (Monday to Sunday are all available):
11:00 AM - 12:45 PM
1:00 PM - 2:45 PM
3:00 PM - 4:45 PM
5:00 PM - 6:45 PM
7:00 PM - 8:45 PM
III. Booking, Modify a booking, Rescheduling and Cancelation.
1. Deposit
A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation. Deposits may be paid by Visa or MasterCard.
2. Modify a booking
Any requests to modify a booking, including changes to the scheduled party date, time, or guest count, must be submitted by email at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled event date. Please email to info@jojoswoodfire.com
3. Rescheduling
• Rescheduling requests received at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled party date may be accommodated, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled party date CANNOT be guaranteed and may NOT be accepted.
4. Cancellation
• Cancellations made at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled party date could get full deposit return.
• Cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled party date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
IV. Other Requirements
1. We highly recommend that you have one parent volunteer for each team of children playing the mini golf course. The volunteer will be able to keep score and assist the children with the rules of the game.
2. No outside food or beverage with the exception of a birthday cake will be allowed.
3. No balloons allowed inside the Dome.
4. No minimum or maximum number of children required.
