III. Registration Methods:

You are welcome to visit The Golf Dome in person to complete the registration form and make your payment. Address: 1205 Wilkes Ave,Winnipeg,MB,R3P1B9

Please complete and submit the registration form online with ALL required information. Click https://forms.gle/CpHhSSUsbTZUxtDn7 for the registration form
2. Payment should be made via e-transfer to finance@thegolfdome.ca (auto-deposit enabled).
- Fee: $339.15 ($356.10 after tax) per week if you register by June 30, 2026
- Please include the parent’s name (as shown on the registration form) in the e-transfer message.
3. Email the signed registration form along with a screenshot of the completed e-transfer to info@thegolfdome.ca.
IV. Important Notice
If the minimum enrollment is not reached, The Golf Dome reserves the right to cancel that week’s summer camp. In such cases, participants will be notified by email at least one week in advance, and a full refund will be issued.
