The Golf Dome

By participating in any VR experience at The Golf Dome, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety terms and conditions.
Some VR experiences involve high-speed motion, sudden acceleration or deceleration, vertical movement, tilting, rotation, backward motion, and intense visual and audio stimulation. These elements may pose risks of physical discomfort, injury, or other adverse effects.
Failure to comply with the safety instructions may result in injury. The Golf Dome reserves the right to immediately terminate the experience and deny further participation for safety reasons.

Health & Medical Disclaimer
This VR experience is not suitable for individuals who:
• Have heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, or any cardiovascular condition
• Have neck, back, bone, muscle, or other musculoskeletal disorders
• Are pregnant
• Have recently undergone surgery or have medical conditions that may be aggravated by physical movement or stress
• Are prone to motion sickness, dizziness, nausea, seizures, or loss of balance
• Are sensitive to flashing lights, strong visual effects, or intense sensory stimulation
• Have been advised by a medical professional to avoid strenuous activity or immersive experiences

Participants confirm that they are in suitable physical condition to take part and assume all risks associated with participation.


Physical Restrictions & Accessibility
All experiences require the use of safety restraints. Due to equipment design, body size or height limitations may apply.
Guests using prosthetic devices must inform staff prior to participation:
• Upper-limb prosthetics must be removed
• Lower-limb prosthetics must be securely fixed
• Final eligibility is subject to staff assessment
Guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids must receive prior approval from staff before participation
The Golf Dome makes no guarantee that all guests can be accommodated.


Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:
• Remain seated and properly positioned at all times
• Keep head, hands, and feet within designated areas
• Follow all instructions provided by staff
• Refrain from operating equipment or releasing safety restraints without authorization
• Ensure that minors under the age of 13 participate only with guardian supervision or consent

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the experience.


Personal Property Disclaimer
All loose items must be secured in provided lockers prior to participation, including but not limited to mobile phones, glasses, cameras, recording devices, wallets, and keys.
The Golf Dome is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property resulting from failure to properly secure items.


Emergency & Right of Refusal
1. Participants experiencing discomfort, dizziness, nausea, anxiety, or distress must use the emergency stop function or notify staff immediately.
2. The Golf Dome reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse participation or discontinue an experience at any time if safety concerns arise.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
